This paper argues that import of service from US has positive effect on technology efficiency of China´s manufacturing, and its positive effect is more obvious than FATS. In addition, capital-intensive and technology-intensive manufacturing are more affected by import of service; import of education, business, professional, and technical services, port service have positive effects on technology efficiency of China´s manufacturing, and import of royalties and license fees has negative effect on technology efficiency of China´s manufacturing.
