Abstract
Aimed at the problem that incomplete evaluation information is easy to occur in dynamic multiple attribute decision making, this paper constructs modification function to correct the incomplete information´s influence on weightings at each time period, and applies evidential reasoning principle to aggregate decision value including incomplete information. Case study shows that this method is objective and valid and also the decision-making habit complying with actual conditions more.
