Gray fuzzy theory is the evaluation methods combined by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and gray theory. This method combines the advantages of both, establishes evaluation index system scientifically, makes the qualitative analysis of influencing factors into quantitative analysis through the whitening weight functions, and reduces the subjectivity of factors. It makes the evaluation of the target model more accurate, objective, and scientific. This paper analyses gray fuzzy theory, and puts the method into using of the technical condition assessment of bridge. This method which objectively reflects the actual situation of the bridge is proved feasible and scientific through the engineering example.
