Abstract :
Neural Networks should have definite logical basis, based on definite connection model, and reflect definite interaction relation. But current artificial neural networks don´t reflect this essential part. Based on quasi-holographic-element model, the new model of neuron connection can solve this problem, which is necessary to gradually approach the structure and functional features of brain neural networks.
