Abstract
Baseline correction is an key step in signal pretreatment. The result influences the processing of the next step directly, so it has important actual meaning to find out a method which is simply and available. In this article, we propose an baseline correction method which is based on least square method. Through a great deal of experiment, we prove that the method we propose is a kind of fast, available method, and has maneuverability.
