Abstract :
This paper presents an improved method on manifold computation. It introduces local manifold approximation first. Then it analyzes both advantages and disadvantages of existing methods. After that it describes the new algorithm which computes the trajectory by solving appropriate IVP (initial value problem). At last it simulates the new method to compute manifold growing step by step with equal arc-length along the trajectory, which ensured the efficiency of the algorithm.
