Abstract :
Tolerance to SPM is evaluated in a dispersion-compensated transmission using optical BPSK singlesideband modulation. Optical BPSK-SSB with a pilot carrier is more tolerant to fiber nonlinearity than the conventional BPSK-SSB transmission.
