  • Abstract
    All-optical frequency upconverter using cross-polarization modulation in an SOA is investigated. The upconverter showed the peak conversion efficiency of 27dB and the phase noise of -86dBc/Hz (at 10 kHz offset from fRF of 21 GHz).
