Abstract :
We fabricated the bitapered HC-PBGF interferometer and demonstrated as the strain and temperature sensor using a fabricated interferometer. The strain and temperature sensitivities of the interferometer were measured to be -1.33 pm/μϵ and 8 pm/°C, respectively.
