Abstract :
Photo-alignment method is proposed to obtain the prefect spherically symmetric liquid crystal director orientation using Ti:sapphire laser beam direct writing on the alignment layer. The micrograting pattern with period of sub-micrometer can be observed inside the laser curing route of the photopolymer film.
