  • Abstract
    Transmission characteristics of 300-nm broadband multimode Cr-doped fiber (MMCDF) is reported. The MMCDF may be used as a broadband optical amplifier for the entire 1300-1600 nm spectral range of low-loss windows of silica fibers.
