Abstract
We describe polarization independent wavelength filters using sub-micron Si waveguide. Designs for multistage Mach-Zehnder interferometer, ring resonator, arrayed waveguide grating and multimode interference coupler are reported. The device lengths shorter than 100 H, m can be attained.
