  • Abstract
We report a new optical data storage method: photomodification of hollow gold nanoparticle (HGN) monolayers induced by one-shot deep-ultraviolet (DUV) KrF laser recording. The short wavelength of the recording DUV laser improved the optical resolution dramatically.
