Abstract
We numerically analyze pulse regeneration characteristics of all-optical 3R circuits using the cascaded second-order nonlinear effect in periodically poled lithium niobate waveguides. Ultra-fast 3R operation at 200 Gbps can be expected by using a 1-cm-long device.
