Abstract :
To target at the settlement of business procurement decision-making management issue and enhance its technology content and level, this text makes an analysis on the current status of the business procurement decision-making management and discusses about the feasibility of the applicability of the support vector machine to this field. Based on the study and improvement on the current product, a new support vector machine system -weighted proximal support vector machine model and calculation method has been constructed; besides, new decision-making methods and practical effects of application for the business procurement weighted proximal support vector machine has been put forward. Simultaneously, new application fields have been opened for the support vector machine.
