  • Abstract
    The aeronautical subcontract production (SP) is a peculiar manufacturing mode for aviation manufacturing, and the evaluation on complex product configuration management (PCM) for aeronautical SP is an important phases in the family product configuration model based on PFSC. In this paper, a PCM model on module for customer´s requirement (CR) is discussed, and the family product configuration model based on product functions and structure components (PFSC) by adopting the object-oriented technology is shown. The solution and information model on product configuration template (PCT), which rapidly responds to the customers´ configuration requirement, is accomplished. Also, CR-oriented an illustrative example on evaluation for PCT is applied to the development of aircraft engine in ARJ21.
