Abstract :
Complex Product system(CoPs) innovation is the important way to build independent innovation economic model. Complex Product system(CoPs) innovation is a organizition evolution network process. Procuct Development Platform(PDP) promote resource of organizion and technology innovation into Product Sequences by network Harmonized System to implement CoPs innovation. Paper study the Synergy mechanistic of CoPs innovation and PDP by Lyapounov function, and put forward motive force of nuclear power project(NPP) Technology-Access is PDP building.
