Abstract
It is well known what sort of systems are needed for the best Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) framework, but what do you do when there´s simply not enough resource made available to do it? Do you withdraw until the partner´s commitment is possible? Or pile in your own resources regardless? An alternative option is to scale down your plans so as to be appropriate for the limited resources available. Our recent experience has shown that working within limitations can still produce workable system that has possibilities for future development, even if this limited system is not the ideal.
