            Abstract :
In this paper, decentralized autonomous simulation model of city and urban traffic is proposed. Computational complexity is reduced by dividing inhabitants´ decision making process into a common part and a separate part. Parameters of inhabitant agents in the proposed model are estimated according to a questionnaire. Through simulations using estimated parameters, behavior of the model is checked and several suggestions are obtained.
