Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to put forward a new inspection technique for measuring electrical characteristics of flexible electronics under different bending radii. This study utilized a flexible-characteristic inspection system based on a fast optimal sliding mode control method to control the different bending radii of flexible electronics for measuring electrical characteristics. According to inspection results of the bending characteristics depicted on flexible electronics, a designer or maker of flexible electronics can design useful and comfortable flexible electronics product.
