The analysis of science & technology policy-making methods of Iran´s information technology

In recent decades, the world watched dramatic developments in the field of information technology (IT). And still the day on technological developments to be increasing. Iran surely developed and powerful technologies such as IT excellence of years ago with the development of S&T policies have been. On the other hand Iran because of developing technology to keep pace with global development in recent decades, new approaches to S&T policy have taken. Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) as one of the countries in the field of superior technology in the last decade has witnessed remarkable achievements. Science and Technology (S&T) policy as basis are to identify potential and to support the drawing direction in the development of a country. Iran is considered a valuable step. Iran in the field of IT with S&T policy is to support the move in this area has been selected. In this study, a researcher intends to identify ways S&T policy in the field of IT to Iran, analysis it, and ultimately paid with informed analysis of the strengths and weaknesses mentioned policymaking method can also provide a way to supplement in the field of S&T policy and IT field in Iran is paid.
