    After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

    The special topic cases are applied to classroom teaching of the curriculum, Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development. The special topic case teaching model was probed, including construction methods and construction contents. The model practice on classroom teaching had better effect. Special topic case teaching is an effective teaching way to combine theory with practice.
