Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

In 1988, Chinese educational ministry had rearranged the disciplines in advanced education, among which the civil engineering disciplines became one of the most complex one. How to make it distinguishing and highly qualified for undergraduate course is a difficult problem confronting us. This article mainly introduced some reform measures and the profits of Chengdu University of Technology´s Civil Engineering education. It may provide us some valuable reference for civil engineering education under new situation.
