In the book “Learning to Live”, Edgar Darfur pointed out a viewpoint incisively: “The illiteracy in the future, are no longer the illiterate people, but people who do not know how to learn.” “knowledge explosion” now has occurred. so human beings have to learn how to learn. only in this way. would they be possible to calmly face the emergence of new knowledge which impacts the world incisively. However, due to our high school exam-oriented education and intense competition in the score, most of the students lost their enthusiasm for learning and motivation. Therefore, educators have the responsibility to change this situation. So How would the teachers educate students with various capacity has become the focus attention of the public. Self-learning ability of the students are the basic capabilities. The Self-learning ability of students is an access of how to acquire knowledge, also it is an access to the other abilities which promote and accelerate the development of the students sound ability and personality.
