Abstract :
For improving the effectiveness of bilingual instruction and further promoting the development of bilingual instruction. Through a bilingual instruction case study research in computer education, some factors affecting the effectiveness of bilingual instruction have been analyzed in this paper. These factors play significant roles in promoting the development of bilingual instruction which have been proved in practice.
