Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The organization and implementation of a pre-competition training on undergraduate mathematical contest in modeling is discussed in this article. The pre-competition training must be under systematical and comprehensive arrangements and the method by combining the four in terms of the mathematical modeling course, mathematics experiment course, training class and seminar will work better.
