Part-time graduate education is a long-life education and has good prospects. This paper discusses characteristics, problems and development policies of part-time graduate education. The author gives his advice that efforts must be made to advance development of part-time graduate education, such as changing the concept of talents training, building quality assurance system and improving the management etc.
