    This essay discusses concept, function and present situation of art education in university and puts forward approaches of enhancing art education from all learning process, member and orientation by teaching practice experience. First, we should implement the normal students longitudinal art education according to teaching plans in “all learning process” in four years. Secondly, for making “all members” a general art education courses horizontally is necessary. Finally, “All kinds of art education” would be expanded by various forms, abundant contents of high-grade art activities in classroom and extracurricular environment and space. So, the purpose of advancing art educational quality and degree should be arrived.
