Abstract :
On the basis of definition, classification and analysis of tacit knowledge sharing in the software outsourcing enterprises this paper researches on definition of different production stage according to the concept of “software life cycle” and analyzes the tacit knowledge sharing in the different stages. Finally, through case analysis the paper verifies the importance of tacit knowledge sharing.
