After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Inclusive education has become one of the most innovative educational ideological and trends as a new educational philosophy in this century; it is not only suitable for the reform and development of special education, but can the good inspiration be exerted for the independent colleges of education under the new situation. From multi-angle and multi-aspect the essay analyzed and researched independent colleges currently facing lots of opportunities and challenges how to deeply dissect the intension of inclusive education and establish the inclusive logo, to combine the inclusive education ideology with the teaching truth of the respective school and the locality, adopting the diverse teaching service pattern to create more Opportunities and the environment for students´ demands, so that its quality of education can be bettered and its standards of education can be improved, constantly achieving the pursuit of educational equality and democratization in independent colleges.
