Study on the profit distribution of virtual logistics alliance

Virtual logistics is a new kind of logistics organization mode, which can make resources further integrate and utilize, realize the purpose of logistics running in high speed, much safety, high reliability and low cost through virtual networked logistics measures such as organization, exchange, service, management. Many logistics alliances fail to achieve the desired results, it is usually due to the unfair distribution of the profits, and this paper base on the analysis of interested parties virtual logistics enterprise alliance under the rational condition, based on the theory of multiplayer cooperative countermeasures, virtual logistics enterprise alliance profit distribution model is established, and use a variety of cooperation countermeasures and methods to find solutions in the practical examples.
