Abstract :
This paper will definitely discuss the characteristics, features and the system of Mobile learning in the distance education. This will tackle devices that are of great significance to mobile learning, like IPod, MP3 player, etc. its pros and cons and its instructional uses and limitations. And show how Mobile learning greatly influenced the modern way of learning and how it can change the society in general with the notion of learning as a continuing process.
