Abstract :
In recent years, with the popularization of computer application technology in all sectors, the number of students entering for National Computer Rank Examination has been increasing year by year in universities and colleges. Therefore, basic computer education of universities and colleges also speeds its development with that. The paper elaborates on the author´s experiences and ideas of basic computer education and National Computer Rank Examination in universities and colleges.
