Abstract :
With the continuous deepening of reform of higher education, professional development of university teachers has been increasing attention. Teacher quality is the fundamental factor in the decision quality of higher education, and college teacher´s quality professional development is the core and fundamental measures. This article from the perspective of information technology, discusses the professional development of university teachers motivation, professional development models, and development strategies, given the specific methods and procedures.
