The relationship between teachers and students is the basic process of school education, Teacher and student `s relationship is the core of respecting teachers, students. Here “respect” also means love the composition, the students not only to respect the teachers, but also love the teachers. Only in this way teachers and students could form a good relationship, to play a better role in the educational, Teacher need to Properly handle the relations between teachers and students, the dominant party in the teachers, in order to deal with teacher-student relationship, teachers should do the following: First, teachers should foster a correct view of the students which is the basic views students own. Second, Teachers should recognize that students have a dual nature, that is both “to follow teachers”, with “independence".
