Abstract :
Analyze the operating principle of segment, calculate the radial pressure on the hot rolling coiler mandrel. Simulate working condition of segment based on finite element software, make distortion analysis and stress analysis, optimize the design of segment structure, combining the distribution situation of cracks, so as to effectively improve the stress concentration problem. The application of new structure is quite effective, and the generation and extension of crack can be well controlled.
