Abstract :
The theoretical analysis of the varying pitch screws in mathematic,physical and shaping principle based on the tenet of machine tool kinesiology is presented, and a few machining methods of the varying pitch screws are obtained. It develops technology limit of machining tool and the applying range of numerical control technology. It not only improves the threads´ production process and performance, but also enhances production precision, reduces the cost of production, and is of better application prospect.
