Oil-well pumping was the core equipment in the Sucker rod pumping system, the performance of which has a direct impact on the level of economic benefit of the oil field. the characteristics of oil-well pump under the influence of different factors were directly reflects through the shape of pump Dynamometer Card, this paper base on the ground Dynamometer Card and combine with mathematical model of pumping wells, and then got the pump Dynamometer Card. Furthermore, a new curvature model of points in card was established, an algorithm for available pump stroke calculation was shown. Determine opening point and closing point of the traveling valve and fixed valve, Put forward Automatic oil theory of the rod pumping system and its mathematical model. Then be able to more accurately calculate the amount of pumping produced fluid. The average relative error was less than 10%.
