Abstract :
This paper use the SMBS correlation coefficient and Fuzzy C means cluster algorithm to cluster the gene expression data. The algorithm will cover positive and negative co-regulated genes by measuring their changing quantity and tendency, and get the cluster result according to their true regulatory relationship. The regulatory machine can be figured out by the algorithm.
