Abstract :
At the moving crossbeam levitation system of the gantry NC machine tool, in order to achieve levitation gaps precision control and considering the effect of disturbance on magnetic levitation system when the tool is cutting, we design a dynamic integral siding mode controller controlling the levitation gaps. This method can effectively decrease chatting of siding mode controller and keep the stability of levitation system. The result of stimulate shows this controller has powerful ability of suppressing disturbance and high rigidity. It can achieve steady levitation.
