Based on studying on the mathematic model of hexagon welding track, there are some simulation research that have been done on the model. Purpose is to explore how to keep a stable welding speed. In welding hexagon pipes, according to the different situations whether the hexagon vertices are arcs, we give two kinds of equation of motion. And the research also has been done on the relationship between the parameter and the welding speed. Through the discussion and analysis, it is only that when the hexagon pipes of angular velocity satisfy certain conditions in the process of welding that the welding speed can be constant.
