Abstract :
Polymerization reaction is a complicated course. The polymerization reactor temperature control system is a system of big time-variables, non-linear and time-delay. Conventional control theories get bad control effect on it. In view of this, rough set theory is introduced in this paper. Control parameter is regulated by fuzzy controller. We control the scale factors of fuzzy controller using rough set theory. At last, reduced control rules are concluded. The algorithm is simply and has good real-time capability. Simulation result showed that the method has satisfactory control effect.
