Abstract :
Based on the phenomenon of shock vibration in the working process of continuous casting ladle turret, the signal is detected in the key positions of the major components, the analysis of strength is carried out based on the strain and stress signal, the analysis of spectrum and wavelet is carried out based on the vibration signal, and fault-finding is finished.
