Abstract :
An enhanced sliding mode control method for clutch disk towing separation testing machine is proposed in this paper. The mathematical model of each part has been established and the open loop simplified mathematical model has been deduced. Based on the simplified mathematical model, the identification model of the system is established using least-squares to identify the parameters of the system; the parameters have been calculated by the complex method. The controller which is composed of speed feed forward, force feed forward and sliding mode control is used in the system controller. Numerical simulation shows that the proposed method has the good steady precision and dynamic characteristics.
