Abstract :
In this paper, a remote diagnosis system based on telematics framework was presented to solve the problems in traditional vehicle diagnosis by reason of geographical limitations. On the basis of studied on Telematics and the theory of remote diagnostic, four layers of the system was described detailedly, and a vehicle gateway with SAMSUNG S3C2410 processor based on ARM920T core had been designed to achieve the functions. The system which had been applied in the project and proven to be effective was suitable for application and promotion in reality.
