Abstract :
Measurement System Analysis(MSA) is a key way to analyze the test data in the area of engineering application. This paper put the measurement system which is composed of Auto-detecting Device for Thrust plate as the research object. By explaining the mathematical model and evaluation criteria of the measurement system, Paper analyzed the bias, stability, linearity, repeatability and reproducibility of the measurement system. Through analysis, the bias, stability and linearity meet the requirements of the measurement system and repeatability and reproducibility are acceptable. Then, this paper gets the conclusion that the data measured in the process is effective.
