Abstract :
Because the current monitoring network cable is complicated and the cost is very high, this paper puts forward to a wireless vibration monitoring node design based on digital accelerometer ADXL202, with MSP430 and CC1100, respectively, as microprocessor and wireless communication module, thereby forming a wireless vibration monitoring network, realizes the vibration monitoring for coal washery plant machinery. It is proved by experiment that ADXL202 accelerometer data collection is in good condition, the data is accurate, the working condition of entire wireless vibration monitoring nodes is stable.
