Abstract :
In view of the questions exist in the automobile exhaust component examination, the new sensor based on NDIR(Non-Dispersive Infra-Red) method is designed. The sensor simultaneously obtains CO, CO2 and HC compound densities. Also, it outputs the measurement result by the digital signal through the serial port. So, the disturbance in transmission process can be avoided and the senor can be applied in digital processing equipment conveniently. The standard gas is used in the sensor demarcation, the result indicates that the sensor measuring accuracy meets the national standard.
