  • Abstract
    To the control system of the aero-camera´s loading platform that used the linear motion actuator as the power unit, the present industrial control system applied conventional PID algorithms is unable to meet the need of fast response, high precise position control, whatever at a high speed or low speed. We presented a new control scheme by using the PMAC controller and accepting a modified PID control algorithm based on speed, accelerate feedforward-feedback. Through practical testin, this control system is well able to achieve position control from 10 mm/s to 1500 mm/s under a precision 1% that has an big advantage over the traditional PID control system.
