  • Abstract
Bearingless Permanent Synchronous Motors is a complex system of mechanical and electrical integration. It has, with the controlling problem always being the research focus, the characteristics of high-order, nonlinear, strong coupling. This paper, aiming at the working principle of Bearingless Permanent Synchronous Motors, did the research of decoupling the state equation of Bearingless Permanent Synchronous Motors, and achieved the goal of high-performance control of motor torque and suspension force by the application of nonlinear inverse system theory. Simulation results showed that this control method effectively improved dynamic and static performance of Bearingless Permanent Synchronous Motors. It enhanced the robustness of the Bearingless Permanent Synchronous Motors system by PDF controller under the circumstance of outside interference and the disturbance of motor parameter.
